18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Statement

This Statement is posted in compliance with Federal Recordkeeping Law, United States Code Title 18 Section 2257.

This Statement applies to the xcrazy.com family of websites (the "Websites"), consisting of the following:

The owners and operators of the Websites are not a producer, as the term is defined in 18 U.S.C. Section 2257, of the visual content contained in the Websites. The Websites primarily contain links to other websites created and provided by other vendors and does not produce any content.

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on the Websites, linked to from the Websites, or otherwise contained in the Websites, were eighteen years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depiction.

Some visual depictions displayed on the Websites are exempt from the provisions of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C, section 2256 (2)(A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

The producers of the content contained on the Websites are obligated, in compliance with United States Code Title 18 Section 2257, to ascertain that all models, actors, actresses, and other persons who appear in any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in or at the Websites were eighteen years of age or older at the time of the creation of such depictions. The producers are also required to maintain records pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and C.F.R. 75. Such records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and C.F.R. 75 are kept in the following locations by the corresponding Custodian of Records:
